Walk-Run Club

Throughout the summer (2024), and perhaps beyond, we are teaming up with Indigenous Studies in Kinesiology and the Indigenous Health and Physical Activity Program to offer a walk-run club for Indigenous students, staff, faculty. All fitness levels are welcome.

Kinesiology Work Learn students will lead group stretches before everyone heads out onto a new path or trail each time for a 45-minute optional walk, jog, or run.

It happens every Wednesday, starting at 1:30 PM. Meet at the Longhouse. Bring a friend or colleague.
