Walk/Run Club


Throughout Winter Session 2025/26, the Indigenous Physical Activity and Cultural Circle, in partnership with Indigenous Studies in Kinesiology, offers a walk/run club for Indigenous students, faculty, and staff to stay active.

Each drop-in session begins with group stretches, followed by a 45-minute optional walk or run on a new path or trail. Whether you want to walk, run, or learn to run, all fitness levels are welcome.
