Yoga & Breath Work

Throughout Winter Session 2025/26, the Indigenous Physical Activity and Cultural Circle—led by Dr. Rosalin Miles—hosts weekly drop-in yoga and breath work classes at the Longhouse for Indigenous students, faculty, and staff.

Each session offers a wonderful opportunity to escape academic pressures and find relaxation through yoga and breath work exercises, which provide essential benefits:

  • Stress Relief and Mental Clarity: Escape academic pressures and find relaxation through yoga and light cardio band exercises. It helps manage stress, reduce anxiety, and enhances mindfulness for better focus.

  • Physical Health and Wellbeing: Improve your fitness, flexibility, and posture while fostering community connections among peers.

Yoga mats and blocks will be provided to participants who need them. For more information, contact indigenouspacc@gmail.com.
